About
Ariel
My name is Ariel (she/her) and I am a full spectrum doula. This means I support people traversing childbearing continuum including pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, and pregnancy loss.
I am passionate about pregnancy and birth physiology, and supporting folks who are choosing to remember and re-claim their innate wisdom and capabilities to birth intuitively. As much as I love babies, I am here for the mothers and birthing beings! Witnessing their transformation and re-birth truly fills my cup.
I am a mother to three incredible children. My journey to birth work started 10 years ago when my first child was born. I began on a lifelong path to learning and deeping my trust in birth. I went on to have 2 more births, at home surrounded by family. Stepping more strongly into my power with each birth. My 3rd birth was a swift, wild and deeply transformative freebirth, which taught me so much about undisturbed, instinctive birth, and the innate knowing of birthing people.
Other than becoming a mother, birthwork has been my greatest teacher. It has literally shaped my beliefs, politics and worldview. It has impacted me in every way possible. Alongside mothering, birthwork is my life’s work.
When not supporting birthing families, I can be found dancing in the kitchen with my kids, walking in nature, or expanding my craft with study and mentorship.
